We’re offering our flexible Domestic Peace of Mind Booking Cover for a limited time until 30 September 2020. It’s all part of our Botanica Assurance:

  • You can postpone your holiday up to 100 days prior to departure
  • All monies paid can be used towards a new booking within three years of departure, less any third-party cancellation fees

Terms & Conditions

Valid for guests holding a Future Holiday Credit for all suspended domestic tours departing between 1 October - 31 December 2020 who wish to defer their holiday. Offer is also valid for guests holding a Future Holiday Credit that had an international holiday booked, and who wish to use their credit towards a domestic booking. An up-front fee of $95 per person may be required if there are not enough funds on file from the future holiday credit to cover the tour deposit requirements. All monies held must be used on a future cruise or tour and cannot be redeemed against the original cruise or tour departure date. Excludes fees imposed by third parties in relation to – air and rail travel, hotels and cabins on cruises. When booking airfares through Botanica (including when taking advantage of a special offer that includes air travel), standard airline cancellation fees will apply. In some cases, airfares will be non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, these fees will be deducted, and therefore the credit being held. Applies to new bookings only and is only valid up until 100 days prior to travel. After three years, unused credit funds will incur the original cancellation conditions as per brochure. This does not replace Travel Insurance, which you are required to purchase at the time of booking.

 

We’re including our COVID Flexible International cover for a limited time until 31 December 2020. It’s all part of our Botanica Assurance:

  • Our included flexible booking cover means you can confidently progress with your travel plans
  • You can postpone your holiday and transfer all monies paid for another date or trip up to 65 days prior to departure
  • No change fees up to 65 days prior to departure
  • Any remaining payments including final payment will not be due until 65 days prior to departure Peace of Mind Deposit Cover.

Terms & Conditions

All bookings that have been affected by a COVID19 suspension on International Tours departing between 1 October to 31 December 2020 can choose to rebook an International tour for travel in 2021 and have the International Flexible Booking Cover applied. Valid for rebooked international tours or cruises made until 31 December 2020. Not valid on all Australian, New Zealand or Norfolk Island holidays. Offer is also valid for guests holding a Future Holiday Credit that had a domestic holiday booked, and who wish to use their credit towards an international booking. The new 2021 booking can have one change of date up to 65 days prior to the departure. The new date of travel must be within 12 months of the original departure date. Any funds paid to the APT Travel Group including Future Holiday Credits (if applicable) will be transferred onto the tour less any standard airline fees, in some cases airfares will be non-refundable (if applicable). The International Flexible Booking Cover date change can only be redeemed once. If not paid in full, final payment will be due 65 days prior to departure. We will honour your original booking terms and conditions including promotions, subject to availability. If your booking includes an early payment discount promotion then final payment will be due as per terms and condition of the early discount promotion. In the event of cancellation the booking will incur the original cancellation conditions as per original booking brochure conditions. This does not replace travel insurance, which you are required to purchase at time of booking.

  • Final payment not due until 65 days prior to departure

Terms & Conditions

New 2021 International bookings made before 31 December 2020 will have our COVID Flexible Booking Cover applied at no additional cost. Not valid on Australian, New Zealand or Norfolk Island holidays. The 2021 holiday package can be postponed up to 65 days prior to the departure date and must be booked onto a new date within 12 months of the original tour date. Any funds paid to Botanica will be transferred onto the tour less any standard airline fees, in some cases airfares will be non-refundable (if applicable). The COVID Flexible Booking Cover date change can only be redeemed once. A deposit of $500 per person is due within 7 days and bookings with an airfare component will require a 2nd deposit to be paid. Final payment is not due until 65 days prior to departure. We will honour your original booking terms and conditions including promotions, subject to availability. If your booking includes an early payment discount promotion then final payment will be due as per terms and condition of the early discount promotion. In the event of cancellation the booking will incur the original cancellation conditions as per standard brochure booking conditions. This does not replace travel insurance, which you are required to purchase at time of booking.

  • Pay an upfront fee of just $95 per person
  • You can postpone your holiday up to 100 days prior to departure
  • Your deposit can be used towards a new booking within three years of departure

Applicable when an up-front fee of $95 per person is paid with your deposit. The holiday package can be postponed prior to final payment date and deposit will be retained as an APT holding credit to be used for future bookings. Deposit held must be used on a future cruise or tour and cannot be redeemed against the original cruise or tour departure date. Deposit held in credit will exclude fees imposed by third parties in relation to – air and rail travel, hotels and cabins on cruises. When booking airfares through Botanica (including when taking advantage of a special offer that includes air travel), standard airline cancellation fees will apply.
