Day 1. Arrive Melbourne

Be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. After a Welcome Dinner at 6.30pm you will hear a special lecture from Teena Crawford, a past judge at the Melbourne Flower Show.
Stay: Five Nights, Melbourne, Marriott Hotel

Day 2. Blackwood & Mt Macedon

Visit the Garden of St Erth, one of Australia’s most exciting cool climate gardens, home to a collection of rare and unusual plants. After, visit another private garden before travelling back to Melbourne.

Day 3. Dandenong Ranges

Visit a beautiful private garden in the Dandenongs. Continue on to the acclaimed Cloudehill Garden, with its extensive herbaceous borders, roses and azalea walks. Visit a wholesale conifer nursery, growing over 600 varieties before returning to Melbourne.

Day 4. Cranbourne Botanic Gardens & Heronswood

Visit the Cranbourne Botanic Gardens with its exciting Australian Garden. Continue to Heronswood Garden in Dromana, the home of the Diggers Club. After a tasting plate lunch we visit a lovely private garden featured on Monty Don’s, Around the World in 80 Gardens television program, then return to Melbourne.

Day 5. Melbourne Flower Show

Enjoy a full day at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show. Regarded as the largest and most successful horticultural event in the southern hemisphere, it is rated among the top five flower and garden shows in the world.

Day 6. Melbourne

After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home.
